Skin Care Healing

 Skin Care:

In simple words, Skin Care means caring for our skin, Healing our skin. Skin Care is a continuous practice to control all skin problems and support skin texture improves its appearance and relieves skin problems. Skin Care includes avoidance of excessive sun exposure, a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water proper use of emollients. Skincare practice includes cosmetics, botulinum, exfoliation, fillers, laser resurfacing, microdermabrasion, peels, and regional treatment. Because of skin care, our skin stays in good and healthy condition. We shed skin cells throughout the day, so it's very essential to keep our skin glowing and in good condition. We have to follow an effective skincare routine to help prevent acne, treat wrinkles, and to help keep our skin looking its best. Proper skin care includes three basic skin care steps. First, one is Cleansing then moisturizing, and lastly applying sunscreen. Protection from the sun is the most important skincare routine. If we don't protect our skin from sun exposure then it won't look in its best condition. Our morning skincare routine should include three basic skin care steps to keep our skin healthy. People of all ages should use sunscreen regularly. The best skincare routine promotes the regeneration of skin cell production to keep the skin in good and at its best condition.

Four Basic Daily Skin Care Routines:

1. Cleansing:

Cleansing includes washing our face by two times. To remove grime, dirt, and pollution that has built up on the surface of our skin we need to wash it two times daily. In the first wash, we will just remove surface dirt. In the second wash, we clean leftover dirt and sebum that may remain. Use products in the proper order: To get the proper order use a general rule to always apply the lightest products first before applying thicker formulas.
  • Cleanser
  • Toner
  • Spot Cream
  • Serum
  • Eye Cream
  • Moisturizer
  • Oil
  • SPF
Give each product absorption time for our skin before applying the next product.

2. Moisturizer:

Moisturizer should apply, after cleansing the skin. Whether our skin is dry, normal, or oily, we should always apply moisturizer to it. When we use moisturizer it helps to maintain the skin's natural moisture barrier, which protects the skin from infection, allergy, and irritation.
Guidelines that can help to find the perfect moisturizer for our skin type:
  1. For nighttime and winter choose thicker products.
  2. For daytime and summer choose a lighter moisturizer.
  3. For dry skin use richer formula products that contain word cream in them.
  4. If you have oily skin use lighter products with the word lotion in them.

3. Sunscreen:

The last and final step of our basic skincare routine is Sunscreen. The risk of developing skin cancer depends on the sun exposure our skin gets. Long days at the beach are not just a risk for developing skin cancer. When we walk, travel in, or sit in front of windows, we expose our skin to UV rays, which are responsible for developing a risk for skin cancer. To prevent skin cancer we should apply a sunscreen which also prevents premature aging. UVA rays penetrate deep into the skin which causes wrinkles and fine lines but UVA rays don't cause sunburns. For smooth and healthy skin and also for anti-aging we should use a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
