Hair Care is defined as the cosmetology of hair which includes hygiene of our hair, which grows from the human scalp, and to a lesser extent facial, pubic, and body hair. Hair care varies from person to person. It depends on the physical characteristics of the individual's hair. Hair care is essential not only for our appearance but also for our overall hygiene. Healthy hair keeps the scalp healthy and clean. So keeping our hair healthy is very important. Hair care is an important hygiene routine for both men and women.
Tips for hair nourishment:
1. Oil: Applying oil is the best method of hair nourishment. We have several options of oil which are suitable for our hair's health. Warm a sufficient amount of oil and gently massage on all over the scalp also take some amount of oil on your palm, rub it and apply it to your hair crown and hair length. Allow it to rest for some time and then wash it with shampoo.
2. Trimming: Trimming our hair is important for dry hair with split ends. Trimming should be done at regular intervals of time. By trimming hair, we get rid of unhealthy hair which makes our hair look really good and nourished. Trimming improves our hair growth because split ends stop hair growth so trimming is an essential part of hair care.
3. Applying Natural Hair Mask|: Applying a homemade hair mask is important to control hair fall. These masks are easy to make at home and completely natural and provide nourishment to hair. We can make a hair mask by using ingredients such as banana, egg, yogurt, aloe vera, etc. which are easily available at home. We can effectively reduce hair fall by using these hair masks and can get stunning and nourished hair.
4. Diet: If we want healthy hair, we must eat healthy food. We have to maintain a healthy diet. Hair grows from within so apart from external nourishment, we need internal nourishment also. Our diet should include omega-3, vitamins, essential nutrients, zinc, iron, and protein. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
5. Avoid Hot Water: Hot water hair bath makes hair dry and brittle by stripping natural protective oils from hair which is more prone to breakage and also responsible for hair fall. We should choose cold water baths which will protect nourishment from controlling hair fall.
